Just when I thought I would never see any larva in our garden, they began to appear! We have a garden full of mature milkweed plants and are finding larva in various stages but only several times per week. We ordered eggs and small larva because I was so nervous there would be so few in our garden this year. We have 2 second grade classes raising and learning about Monarchs. We are rescuing any larva we find outside and on the local greenway and bringing them inside to raise.
