Sighted one adult apparently migrating...stopped for a few seconds to nectar and moved on south. This is only the 5th monarch I have sighted this year...a number far, far below last year's sightings. All of my sightings have been in the last few weeks. Last year I was seeing monarchs all summer long. I hope next year is better but I'm afraid for them.
