Singleton Monarchs are moving thru Okla. Saturday-9-28, the front came thru with rain. After the rain, I noticed 5 Monarchs heading in a southerly direction from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Sunday- 9-29, I noticed 8 Monarchs heading in a southerly direction from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Today, 9-30, I have been in and out of the yard, and have tagged 10 Monarchs stopping to nectar at different times of the day. Some move out, and new ones move in. Light southerly wind. Some have been worn and tattered. Most appear fresh. No egg laying, but have cats.
