I released my last 2 monarchs today, raised inside my home after finding a total of 13 eggs and/or cat's. 11 survived to be tagged and released. It was a sad day, since I will not be involved in raising monarchs until late spring of 2014! They were released at my school, after my 2nd grade students observed and discussed their life cycle.
