I am still seeing the occasional monarch feeding in my garden. I hope the weather holds out for the 5 chrysalis that I am hoping will emerge before the end of the week. On 9/30/13 I was informed of a person that had seen 'a lot of monarchs' in his yard in Manitowoc.
