Monarch Larva Sighted

Date: 10/02/2013

Number: 1

The third graders in room 101 have a butterfly and hummingbird garden, bird feeders, and a bird bath right outside our class. They have 12-15 monarch larvae eating the milkweed in the garden right now. There are two different types of plants; Asclepias Tuberosa and Calotropis Gigantea. The larvae are getting bigger and bigger everyday!
