Twenty second graders in my Wednesday science class planted tulip bulbs today with help from three parents and I. We had three extra bulbs so I invited the children whose parents came to think of how they could plant a bulb a different way. One child planted a bulb with no coat. One planted it on its side and another upside down.
We'll be curious to see what happens and share our results.
