Number: 1

A Cooper's Hawk has been hanging around our neighborhood over the summer. She comes back in Spring and Fall. She increased her hunting forays into my yard in September. I have two outside aviaries with finches and doves. She would wait and attack the wild doves and pidgeons who come for the cast off birdseed. Then she started throwing herself at the side of my bird cages trying to kill my pets birds. She succeeded in killing several baby finches surprised by her attack.
