at about 8:15 am/central on Sunday morning on Yellow Creek Road, a bald eagle was swooping something up from very close to the road. It flew off to the north east toward a wooded area. The thing that it had was either a rabbit, squirrel or cat, very much alive and quite large. Did not have time to think to take a picture, we have never seen an eagle in this part of TN. We were within 15 feet of it as it swooped away.
