Monday Oct 7, 2013....chilly morning here in Kansas City, but I still have 3 coming to my feeders. Two are Juvenile Ruby's and I still have a rust colored one hanging around. He's very skittish though and startles very easily. I'm shocked the two Juveniles are still here, but will enjoy every minute of it as I know their clock is ticking. The rust color one is a migrant who has been here about 2 weeks or so. No idea what kind he is, but has an ultra vibrant red/orange throat. Just beautiful. Haven't never seen anything but Ruby's here, so he's a nice treat for sure.
