Spent some time considering my options this morning. A cold front was scheduled to come through around noon. I had 10 adult Monarchs to release (for a total of 17 released in the last three days). I figured they would be happier and less stressed if I released them. I hoped their instincts would help them cope in the rough weather. 5 flew away immediately. 5 hung out on my Lantana. After the storm, one remained on the Lantana. Hoping for safe travels for my little frinds!
