While looking for monarchs at Harrisville State Park at 2 PM today, a couple camping in the park told me they observed 8 monarchs in the AM. Another person called me by phone and said he saw one monarch in the AM also in Harrisville Township. I did not observe any monarchs. The wind had been calm in the morning, but increased to 10 mph out of the SE. Temperature was 62F., and the wind was SE.
