A group of Master Gardeners working at the Wilson Center in Brookfield observed several Monarchs in the butterfly garden. I've also noticed Monarchs migrating through the Brookfield area in the preceding days. A personal observation/query suggests Monarchs migrated further north in the Spring to Canada; hence late migration heading south.
