Today was a sunny, cool, Tuesday in Fall. We each planted 2 tulip bulbs in the front of the building. Thessaly, Jazper, and Cavan planted their tulips around the peace pole. Ian planted his under the small Japanese maple tree, and Isaac planted his under the sign near the sidewalk. We looked at our soil to see if it was a good mixture and texture for our tulips, then planted them. We are going to check each week to see what happens. We predict that they will emerge after Valentine's Day. It starts to get warmer then.
