Today is the 10th of October and I haven't seen hide nor feather of a hummer since last Saturday, the 5th of October. That night was the coldest night of the fall season, so far, and the next day was also very chilly. I think the few stragglers I had hanging around decided to join the others in their migration south. Time to wash and put away the feeders until next year.
