I hadn't seen a monarch since 10/4, but ca. 2:30 p.m. a female was visiting a Buddleia Bush in a Butterfly Garden maintained by the PA Power and Light Company. The Garden is on an established migration route - since 8/23 I've counted 29 monarchs there, and today made #30.
