I moved from Cape Cod last week. When I left there on October 2, 2012 there was still an immature ruby-throated that morning. I got down to Louisiana unpacked, my feeders and put them up on Oct. 10. On the afternoon of the 11th I see an immature ruby. Really didn't expect that so quickly, but it makes me smile!
