Today my wife and I observed a female monarch flying from one dandelion flower to another on the ball field at Harrisville State Park at 2 PM. This is the 46th monarch seen October 1-12th. I average 95 monarchs for the same period for the years 2010-12. Weather was sunny, temperature 70F., Wind SE-9.
