This was the last day we saw a hummingbird in our yard. Female or juvenile. They had been coming every day several times a day all summer. Usually one at a time seen but on several occasions during the summer two chasing each other. This year mostly females and perhaps juveniles but we did not have what seemed like a resident male chasing all others as we did in the past.
