I am the LaGrange Elementary Librarian, and we send greetings to our friends and amigos in Mexico. The population of monarchs in Kentucky this year has been down; but we were fortunate to have an agricultural agency provide monarch larvae for us to observe from caterpillar to monarch butterfly. We have sent about 20 LIVE monarchs on their way . . . as well as our symbolic monarchs. Please take care of both over the winter.
