Watched 3 adult monarchs nectaring in my yard for two hours... Have lots of nectar plants like lantana... Also have lots of blooming milkweed but did not notice any egg laying by these three Monarchs. Last night there was rain and a cold front. Today is around 55 degrees.. No butterflies at all today of any kind. A warmup tomorrow... will look for more monarchs then... I live at Lake Travis outside Austin.
