The fourth grade students, with help from the Wollaston Gardening Club, planted 100 red emperor tulip bulbs in the front of the school. The temperature was 68 degrees F. The students loved the experience and are studying the bulbs in science class. They are dissecting the bulbs to see what they look like inside and making predictions of what the garden will look like and when the tulips will emerge and blossom.
