The sun is rising later (by approximately three minutes) in Williamsburg, VA than in Horsham, PA, where I was last week. It has been comfortable and warm in Williamsburg the past few days, with temperatures in the low-mid 70's. Trees with leaves appear on average to have about 60% of their leaves on branches still. Today was the first day I noticed trees that had some completely bare limbs.
