Today at 2:10 PM I observed 3 monarchs within the campgrounds of Harrisville State Park. They were floating about the White Cedars. This is now the latest I have seen monarchs here except for 1 each on November 02-03, 2011. I have now seen 89 monarchs October 1st-18th. I average 96 each year 2010-12.
