Mary Klinkel reported, "This Fall I have had more monarchs than ever in my yard, and I'm raising a second brood of caterpillars found in the yard. I have 12 caterpillars today & there are probably more of them out in the yard. I also have more milkweed than ever before, with some of the A. tuberosa finding my yard a good place to grow & seeding more every year." Later the same day Mary reported a female laying eggs.
