I saw an adult passing through a field adjacent to the parking garage at the apartment building where I reside. I was looking toward the sign because I watch a hawk that frequently sits on that sign, and I saw a Monarch. I watched it until it was out of my line of vision. Later that same day, I was entering an ramp onto I-635 at Luna Rd, and an adult Monarch flew in front of my vehicle, passing on across the ramp into the field adjacent to the business property located there
