Saw about 20 through day, once it had warmed up, while doing other things. Overnight low 45. Afternoon high 68. Wind light near north until 1300, wandered around until 1500, when it steadied at E to SE.

All flight appeared to be directional, near ground, flying generally south. Some stopped on flowers to feed.

Later while taking pictures of clouds at sunset I saw several adults flying directly into the tops (not up through the underside) of large Live Oaks and Ashe Junipers apparently to roost.

At the time of this image there were Monarchs image flying into the Live Oak at bottom.
