Late morning checked same areas as yesterday. Temp 55 rising to 60. Wind light north.

Found 9 larvae. All except one were 5th instar. The one looked to be 3rd instar.

Video shows larva cutting main stem of A. virids leaf to stop resin flow, then moving to leaf edge to feed.
