Hello. We are from Ms. Freeman’s 5th grade class at Vogelweh ES in Kaiserslautern, Germany. The students in our class are from all over the world to include the Philippines, Korea, Italy, Norway, and of course, the United States. Most of our parents are in the military, but some work for different organizations with the federal government. Our butterfly shows some of the places and things in Germany. We have a lot of butterflies in Germany, but not the Monarch butterfly.

Please take care of this butterfly during the long, cold northern winter.


Hola. Somos la clase de 5 grado de la senora Freeman en la escuela elementaria de Vogelweh, Alemania. Todos los estudiantes en nuestra clase son de varias partes del mundo incluyendo Filipinas, Corea, Italia, Norway, y por supuesto, Estados Unidos. La mayoria de nuestros padres esta en el ejercito, pero algunos trabajan en diferentes organizaciones con el gobierno federal. Nuestras mariposas muestran algunos de los lugares y cosas en Alemania. Tenemos muchas clases de mariposas en Alemania, pero no la mariposa monarca.
