Saw four male adult monarchs - vicinity Lighthouse near beach St. Marks NWR 2 on bushes, 2 flying 4 ft. above bushes. Weather warm, slightly windy, many gulf fritellaries & sulphurs mixed in with monarchs. Least amount sighted by us in 20 years at this place and date. (3 days after the St. Marks NWR Monarch Festival)
