We planted 14 student tulips, and 10 experimental tulips in our garden. It was a sunny 43 degrees between 11:30-11:50 am. We planted two upside down, soaked 2 in root beer, cut 2 into 1/4s, wrapped 2 in clear packaging tape, and wrapped 2 with drawing paper.
