Fifteen Girl Scouts of Northeastern New York planted a Journey North Tulip Garden after cleaning an area that will become a future Monarch Waystation. The site is located at the GSNENY Albany Service Center and hopefully will provide additional habitat for the monarch butterflies and other animals.
