We planted our 20 Red Emperor tulip bulbs in our bed with plant food. We will protect our bulbs with chicken wire so that the small animals (chipmunks, squirrels, mice, groundhogs, deer, etc.) don't eat them.

We are 1 of 2 classrooms that are participating in this project at our school. We would really enjoy partnering with other 2nd grade classrooms around the world!
