All the second graders from Hinesburg Community School planted around 60 tulip bulbs on a cool, partly sunny day. We also planted an experimental garden. Some of our tulips were planted wrapped in paper, some were planted upside down and sideways, tips together, different depths and even one bulb was put in food coloring to see if it changed the color of the flower. We can't wait to see what happens. We are looking forward to seeing our bulbs bloom next spring. We hope they survive all the bunnies that visit our garden!
