I was driving on Hwy 36 south of Lake Somerville, TX when I noticed the eagle in the top of a tree. I turned around and went back to make sure, while I was watching this one another one, larger, flew by the one perched. The one perched just stayed there watching traffic go by. It was so exciting to see those two majestic birds on my commute to Houston, a sighting I will always remember.
