Students made arrays with string to utilize their math skills during science today. We planted two raised rectangular beds with 27 square feet in each. Students planned their patterns after watching a YouTube video of Keukenhof Gardens in the Netherlands. We also mixed some King Alfred daffodils in each bed and tucked them all in with a layer of purple pansies on the top. We are anxious to see if our patterns worked when spring arrives!.
