This monarch spent at least an hour feeding among several milkweed plants in our front yard in full sun after a stiff norther yesterday dropped the overnight temperature to 35 degrees in our yard in Central Austin. One wing had a small tear. It also fed on some white mistflower, but focused on the milkweed.
