Student groups were excited to dig in the rich, moist soil on a beautiful Fall day. Holes were dug and measured. Tulips were covered properly then crocus bulbs were added near the top for added interest. Worms were observed, handled, then replaced to keep the soil loose for the tulips.
One student was overheard saying "I can't wait till Spring. I'm going to check every day!"
