This male monarch newly hatched out of a crysalis we were keeping an eye on in the garden. Watched him off and on for several hours in the garden, which still has some fall flowers like pentas and milkweed, and greggs mist. He seemed to prefer the pentas. He nectared on them until dark...Will see if he is around tomorrow.
