So sad moving from Northern Ky in 2007 to Vero Beach FL ..leaving hundreds
of hummers and only sighting a handful in the last five years here in Florida, however.never giving up i continued with trying to attract them, then my
husband said he saw a hummer yesterday in the last red bud of a lily ..so i
Immediately put up an old feeder and nothing,, then I
Went to tractor supply (love their) feeders, and put
Up a new feeder with lots of red on it top and bottom. Had three sightings this morning between 6-8 am.. It may
be the same little bird ... Will keep watching, hope it continues !!!
