Clarion Area Elementary planted tulips on a bright and sunny cool day in November. We had lots of help from parents and the Clarion Civic Club donated our bulbs this year. Before we planted our tulips we planned out our flower bed. This is the 2nd year we have participated in the Journey North Project. Mrs. Whisner, Mrs. Bingham and Ms. Darr's classes are having fun learning about fall garden.
