Rufous made it through our coldest night yet. 9:10am he flew up to the feeder but I startled him and he rushed off. I've been switching the feeder out every 30-40 minutes as its a bitter 14 degrees. Not sure how low the temps got last night, they were calling for 9 degrees with wind chill even lower. It was 11 when I got up at 5:30. I'll try to snap a pic of him but for all of you who are following him know that he is one tough cookie and he seems fine. I'll continue with warm food at his feeder.
