This is the third day that this Rufous male has been here. Today it's sunny with a high in the upper 40's; lows the last couple of nights have been in the mid 20's. He has been actively buzzing around in our trees, which are within 20 feet of our feeder. We have never seen a Rufous this late in the season. We'll keep putting nectar out for as long as he stays.
