This is our fourth year planting and each year the first hard freeze has been later and later. This year we had a one week window between our hard freeze and below zero temps. CRAZY!! This is the first time where the students had to wear snow pants to plant. But they are in the ground and we are anxiously waiting for the arrival of our first buds in spring.
