Just put out some bird seed in that feeder & was looking out the window; suddenly I saw a poor, cold, hungry little hummer fly by, checking out my now blossom-less salvias and turk's caps. Checked here & saw similar late-season accounts, so immediately heated some water, mixed it with sugar & put that feeder out as well!
