Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 12/21/2013

Number: 1

Today a female ruby throated hummingbird fed twice at the feeder. She looked so hungry, stayed and drank for a long time. We usually get ruby throats only in the fall, as the black chinned hummingbirds are starting their migration; this is the first year to see a ruby throat in the winter.
