I began my way station and nursery on Sept.25,2013. Today is Christmas day. I have released 62 Monarchs by hand. Number 62 was released this morning. I have eggs and larva in my nursery tent and 8chrysalises hanging which should hatch this week.

I grow organic wilkweed plants. They are not leaving because of the food I provide.

When I spot the eggs I move the plant into my nursery tent where they are safe. When they hatch I release them by hand to freedom.

I have wonderful photos of every stage of their development.
