Practice Report (Any Species)

Date: 12/30/2013

Number: 1

Today a Baltimore oriole showed up at a site where one (virtually in the company of one female bluebird and four male bluebirds)had come daily or more often for around a month early last spring. He came to a hanging pot on our recessed porch where no birds had come before this spring. I am curious--is this buddy just arriving way too early for spring or is he just headed south for the winter just now beginning?
