Driving South on Rt 1 today about 11:45 in the morning between Hoopeston and Rossville, Illinois. Saw the bald eagle on the edge of a field, towards the road on west side of the road.. It was just sitting there looking around..about 1/2 mile on the north side on Rossville. Absolutely beautiful!!
