Approximately 2:15pm January 12, 2014: My husband and I observed an Eagle in flight on the East side of NY Rt 26 near the West Branch Ranch Coffee House at 10830 State Rt 26 West Branch, NY 13303. ID'd with white head and tail feathers. Eventually perched in a hedgerow of trees.
